Tire Change FAQs
Many people come to us with questions about our 100% mobile tire change service. “Can you really come to my home to change my tires?” “Are you able to repair rims?” These are just a couple questions we are often asked by our customers. Do you change tires that don’t have rims?
Yes. We are able to work on tires that do not have rims.
I live in a condo. Would you be able to change my tires if my car is underground?
Due to space limitations in underground garages, it is difficult to work on tires in this setting.
Can I request a specific time for you to arrive?
You can request to have us arrive at a certain time, but depending on our schedule and other booking, we may not be able to get to you at your desired time. We will, however, do our best to arrive as close to that time as possible.
What happens if the weather takes a turn for the worse? Will I have to reschedule?
Our tire change experts will work in many different weather conditions. You will only have to reschedule if the safety of our technicians is at risk.
If I request a tire change at home, will my sloped driveway be an issue? Will I have to park on the street?
No. This is not an issue. We will be able to perform our work on any sloped driveway.
How long will it take to replace a tire with a new one?
Depending on the number of tires you need replaced, the job can take anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour.
Can I book an appointment with you on the weekend?
We are available to perform tire changes, rim repairs and other services on Saturday from 9am - 6pm.
Do you only repair car and truck tires? Can you also work on bigger vehicles like RVs, trailers and commercial vehicles?
We can work on some larger vehicles, like RVs, and trailers. We can work with commercial vans, but not commercial trucks. If you need some clarity about the type of vehicles we can work with, you can call us at (647) 745-0930.
Do I need to be there for the duration of the job?
Yes. We require that you are there at the beginning of the job and at the end to finish processing the payment.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, visa and debit.
Can you come to my work to change my tires or repair my rims?
Yes. If you need us to come to your work to change your tires or repair your rims, we can accomodate you.
If you are coming to my home after a snowfall, do I need to shovel the driveway before your technicians arrive?
Yes. Snow on the driveway can hinder our work, which is why it is best to have a clear driveway.
I don’t have a driveway. Can you do work on a vehicle parked on the street or in a garage?
Due to safety reasons, we are not able to change tires or repair rims on the street. As for garages, we can’t work in a garage because it is an enclosed space and makes it impossible for us to do our work.
Do I have to sign up for a membership program to get access to your tire change and rim repair services?
No. You just have to call us or fill out the form on our contact page.
If I book an appointment with you to come to my workplace, should I do anything to prepare for your arrival?
Yes. We request that you park in an area where there is at least 10 feet of empty space around your vehicle.
